• Getting ready bins for the couple and wedding party

• Arrive prior to hair and makeup to be sure that space is set for their team

• Text hair and makeup to confirm parking, room location, etc

• Post Hair and Makeup schedule for wedding party + stylists to see

• Assist with Hair and Makeup schedule and cue the next person, keeping on timeline

• Setup breakfast items*

• Setup coffee bar*

• Setup mimosa bar*

• Waters for vendors and wedding party, setup in a bin with ice

• Getting ready clothing (Robes, Shirts, etc) - steam if necessary 

• Put dresses on hangers and steam if necessary (please make sure that everyone has steamed prior to arrival as time may not allow us to do every dress)

• Make sure bride is ready for her appointment, had breakfast, coffee, and is relaxed

• Have detail shot items ready for photographer

• Collect detail shot florals from the florist, if being provided

• Deliver personal florals and help put them on

• Check-in with transportation if taking transportation to ceremony or reception location and help load the vehicle

• Run errands*

• Wedding day gift or letter exchange between the couple

• Text with photo and video to be sure they know the parking, room location, etc upon arrival

• Check-in with photo and video about getting ready photos and detail shots

• Help the bride get dressed

• Help facilitate the first look

• Remind the wedding party and parents of when they need to be ready

• Tidy up getting ready space as you are getting ready

• Remove trash and items from the room after you have left, if you have to clear that room

• Collect lipgloss and other touch up materials for the bride and hold while doing photos

• Distribute hair and makeup payments/tips provided by the couple 

• Support with fluffing the dress, touch ups, and holding bouquet during photos

• Weather related items for rain, hot, cold to support the couple and wedding party

• and much more depending on hours, locations, and other tasks needed
